FREE SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping is offered on all PREPAID IN FULL and CREDIT CARD orders
over $100.00 of merchandise, that are to be shipped UPS ground service within
the continental United States.(Some items may be listed with "Free Shipping", so this would not apply).

MOST ORDERS SHIP FOR $15.00 (minium) to $30.00
Small items, as well as small quantities may be shipped United States Postal Service, (USPS)
in the rang of $2.00 to $7.00. BUT THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF A TIMELY DELIVERY [TRACKING EXTRA]

If we are OUT OF STOCK and you need it sooner than
"NORMAL SERVICE",
we will contact you about any rush fees.
(Day are "WORKING DAYS" not counting Holidays or Weekends.

  • We understand that in the service and gift industry, orders need to be delivered in a timely fashion,
           to be there when you need them. By providing you with our shipping policies this enables you
           to be able to plan your delivery date so you can place your order soon enough
           to insure a timely delivery.

  • Fast or RUSH shipping may be required to have your order to you on time, and will be billed accordingly.

  • Please include the date of your event so that we can ship accordingly.
           PLEASE NOTE that the shipping times listed here DO NOT include production time for your order.

  • Note: that using any expedited service (NEXT BUSINESS DAY, 2 BUSINESS DAYS or 3 BUSINESS DAYS)
           will cost extra. Also, UPS ground service is not available to Alaska or Hawaii;
           UPS 2 BUSINESS DAYS service is usually the most economical to these destinations.
           UPS does not deliver on Sun. Delivery on Sat. is available with an extra fee.

  • All shipping times are ESTIMATES for UPS ground service.
           NEXT BUSINESS DAY, 2 BUSINESS DAYS and 3 BUSINESS DAYS may be delayed due to weather.

           SHIPPING with "5 UPS In Transit Days" ESTIMATE, Thur, Fri, Mon, Tues To be Delivered Wen/Thur.
           (Total days from order to delivery = 11 to 12)

       ESTIMATED delivery date is close to your need by date, please consider using 1, 2 or 3 day shipping to insure on time delivery.
