Computer Artwork Specifications

We prefer artwork in our native format of CorelDRAW [tm] v16 or lower

Vector:
.CDR (Corel Draw X6 or below)
We may be able to work with
.EPS  or AI files. Some PDF are usable

>WORD FILES of DOC or .DOCX ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE
ANY ART/LOGO/GRAPHIC USED ON ANY WEB PAGE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
A file that is downloaded as a file from the web may be usable.

Save all files/layouts with all objects/fonts converted to curves,
this preserve the fonts in the layout, my program will attempt to substitute any fonts in the file with the closest math on my equipment

Bitmaps:
We prefer .TIF files at 600 dpi at 100% or larger of the finish size to be printed or engraved,
[i.e  a logo that is to be engrave on a plaque at 2 inches will need to have a file size of 2 inches at
600 dpi, thais can be check by printing it on your printer at 600 dpi and measuring it]

we may be able to use .PSD or JPG, these most likely will not provide a quality image
 

Please provide us with each of the following of your logo/art
2 bit black and white
8 bit gray scale
Color [preferably 100 dpi or greater]

If you are not sure what you have, send it, we will determine if it can be used and what quality of image will be reproduced with it. You will then let you know if there will be any art charges to convert it to our art requirements.

We work in a PC environment and prefer formats in the following order:
.cdr, .eps, .ai, .tif, .psd, .jpg, pdf

WORD FILES of DOC or .DOCX ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE

• Fonts: all fonts are to be converted to curves/outlines/paths (vector form). Any fonts smaller than 9 points may not be legible. [you may have to include a copy of your .ttf files
   
•  Art can be also accepted as black and white camera ready artwork for logos and any text desired. Camera ready artwork is black and white Photostats. PMT's or laser prints (600 dpi or greater at 200% or greater than finished size
   
• Art files are acceptable on CD or thumb drive, files can be emailed

Art work requiring more than 5 min of conversion time will incur art charges and fees.
